Account Manager

Are you interested in taking on a new challenge? Launch your sales career as an Account Manager at Colorfx. This is a development position for candidates who are interested in joining our Sales team, selling quality print products including publications, catalogs, direct mail and brochures as well as creative services such as photography, videography and design.   The person selected will work closely with our experienced Sales Representatives and Operations team for a training period, to learn our business and to become positioned for success.

The goal of the position is to develop and grow Sales and customer relationships that fit Mittera/Colorfx Group’s profile.  Ideal candidate should be customer focused, possess strong communication skills and a strong desire to sell/help customers solve business changes with new creative solutions.  In addition, he or she should have a passion for understanding print production and operations, so they can help our customers identify optimal solutions.  Professionalism is critical, as the person in this position becomes the face of our company to our customers.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university and one to three years of experience in Sales and/or Customer Care.  
  • Knowledge of printing, mailing, digital services along with design, photography and videography preferred, but will train the right candidate. 
  • Knowledge of MS Office, Quickbooks, or CRM software
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Candidate must have a valid driver’s license as some travel may be required for this position.
