  • Assisting the Human Resources Manager with new hire paperwork and new hire orientation
  • Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained
  • Participating in recruitment efforts such as conducting phone screens and scheduling interviews
  • Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job application
  • Other duties as assigned by the Human Resources Manager


  • The ideal candidate will have a two-year degree in office administration, plus a minimum of one year of experience in a busy, professional office environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally, as to communicate with employees, members of the HR management team, and in group presentations and meetings.
  • Kronos experience preferred.
  • Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently.
  • Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality.
